Obtaining a Verifiable Copy of Nakal
- On the portal, select “Get Verifiable Copy of Nakal” under the “Jamabandi” tab.

- Alternatively, visit a HALRIS center at your Tehsil/Sub-Tehsil office, submit an application, and pay a fee of ₹30.
- The computer operator generates the Nakal, which is verified and signed by the Patwari, who issues a receipt.

- Select Property Registration > Encumbrance Certificate > Apply New.

- Input mobile number and verify with OTP.
- Provide personal information.
- Input property information and attach Nakal document.
- Once approved, download the certificate.
